Please abide by our compliance guidelines below which outlines acceptable promotion methods for our campaigns and tools. Please contact us if you have any questions about these policies.

General Promotion Requirements

Deceptive or misleading advertising such as fake sweepstakes, fake files, or other fake rewards is strictly prohibited

The word "free" cannot be used with email submits, SMS/PIN subscription campaigns, or our locker tools including domains, such as "free-iphone.com"

Publishers may not engage in any SMS/MMS ("text message") marketing without written approval including messages through WhatsApp/Viber and similar services

Any content related to hacking or illegal activities is strictly prohibited

Traffic from malware, spyware, hacking, deadline, survey blocker, or any similar sources is strictly prohibited

Adult traffic or traffic from any sites/files that infringe upon copyrights or trademarks is strictly prohibited

Email Marketing Promotion Requirements

All email marketing must have functional unsubscribe mechanisms, load suppression lists when available, and comply with the Can-Spam Act of 2003

All email recipients must be double opt-in subscribers

All custom email creatives need written approval

Direct Linking Requirements

Any direct linking to our campaigns through social media sites, email marketing, or other public sources must use a short link service or our short tracking URL such as ow.ly or similar services.
